IGOGOMI MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE UNITED STATES DOMESTIC MARKET.

Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by IGOGOMI are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

We accept returns within 15 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, and undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.We may elect to not accept return of products that are not in their original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs.Note that if the product is defective, you may either request a refund, repair or an exchange per IGOGOMI Five-Years Limited Warranty.

All IGOGOMI products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and quality control processes. This warranty is limited to the non-commercial use of IGOGOMI products purchased in the United States.

 

IGOGOMI LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE STRUCTURAL FRAME

IGOGOMI warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

Any commercial and/or industrial use of IGOGOMI products including but not limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty.

Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form. Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@igogomi.com for any warranty inquiries.

IGOGOMI recommends that the item is tested with caution after fully assembled to make sure that it is structurally fit and that all parts are in working order We recommend testing the assembled product with caution in order to make sure it is in full working order prior to full use of the product. If any item is missing, damaged or not working please contact our support team to get any issues fixed prior to usage of the product.

IGOGOMI is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product.

Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure proper functionality and a long lasting product.

REGISTRATION

After purchase, please go to the official website to register. The Vehicle Identification Number is located at the bottom of the bicycle frame, as shown in the picture

 

EXCLUSIONS - NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

his warranty does not cover any damage that may have been sustained by the product. (In some cases, countries do not allow such limitations, so this may not apply to all owners).

Any and all warranty claims must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact the IGOGOMI Customer Support Team at support@igogomi.com. IGOGOMI may, at its sole discretion, provide new or equivalent refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the product returned to IGOGOMI. If the product is no longer available or discontinued, IGOGOMI may, at its sole discretion, replace it with a similar product. Any replacement device, whether new or refurbished, will only continue under warranty from the date of original purchase. IGOGOMI has the full right to inspect any IGOGOMI product reported to be defective prior to repair or replacement. Any repair or replacement does not include shipping, labor, assembly or reassembly and any other consequential or extraordinary expenses or damages associated with the return, replacement and assembly of the product.

The following are not covered under the Limited Warranty:

◼︎Damage or defects caused by failure to follow the instruction manual

◼︎Normal wear and tear of items/parts, including but not limited to pulleys, tires, brake pads, brake discs, ropes, saddles, footrests, rubber grips, keys, paddles, scratched parts, broken covers, paint and finish and any and all other cosmetic damage

◼︎Worn items/parts relate to components that may need to be replaced due to wear and tear from normal use

◼︎Storage, improper assembly, alteration/modification of the equipment in any way, additions, abuse, accidents or improper maintenance

◼︎Repair of any noise, including but not limited to: squeaks, squeaking, banging or grinding noises caused by poor or lack of preventive maintenance

IGOGOMI reserves the right to modify the warranty at any time, with the understanding that any such modification will not replace the warranty conditions that were applicable at the time of the original sale of the relevant product.
