RETURN POLICY

For items purchased through igogomi.com we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you  received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@igogomi.com If your return is accepted and you live within the contiguous U.S.A. and if this is your first and only return instance for the particular item, we may elect to send you a pre-paid return shipping label.

Returns of New and Unused Items Within 30 Days of Receipt. We allow you to return any item in new and unused condition (bikes must have 0 miles on the odometer to be considered new and unused) within 30 days from delivery date for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges. For all returns, return shipping charges (80 dollars for bikes and 15 dollars for all other products) are the responsibility of the recipient, unless a shipping error occurred. We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally.
Returns of Used Items(Including unboxing products), Any items returned in a used condition may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the return shipping charges and a restocking fee in the amount of twenty percent (20%) of the purchase price. Items must be free of any damage. Electric bikes must have less than Fifty (50) miles on the odometer.
Return Shipping Costs. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns Mechanics, COD and Timing. Please use our return portal located here. We will notify you at the email address on file when we process your return. Return material authorizations are required to make a return. Most refunds show up to your payment card or payment account within 72 hours of processing (or on your next paper statement) the timeframe for refunds depends on your financial institution.

Battery Returns. Due to DOT restrictions, battery purchases are non-returnable. High-capacity lithium-ion battery shipping restrictions prohibit consumer's ability to return batteries via shipping carriers.

For all instances of accepted returns, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

n rare cases, items may be damaged during transit. If your item arrives with missing parts or severe damage, please contact igogomi service at support@igogomi.com with photo or video evidence for quicker resolution.

Severe damage refers to significant changes to the main structure that impact functionality.

Note:

The following do not qualify for a free replacement or refund:

Minor damage to packaging
Small scratches or paint chips on the product
Damage or wear to parts from heavy use
Damage or wear to parts after regular use over time


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
