IGOGOMI MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY

THIS WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES TO THE UNITED STATES DOMESTIC MARKET.

Providing the damage was not caused by abuse, misuse, or neglect of normal care, all products manufactured by IGOGOMI are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship as outlined below:

We accept returns within 15 days of original ship date as long as the item is in the original sealed product box, and undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns.We may elect to not accept return of products that are not in their original packaging, or have been altered or modified with third-party or aftermarket parts or components.Once the product has been returned to us and has been ascertained to be complete and undamaged. Your purchase price, less shipping and handling, will be refunded to you. We do not refund any shipping costs.Note that if the product is defective, you may either request a refund, repair or an exchange per IGOGOMI Five-Years Limited Warranty.

All IGOGOMI products are manufactured and tested with the highest quality standards and quality control processes. This warranty is limited to the non-commercial use of IGOGOMI products purchased in the United States.

 

IGOGOMI LIMITED WARRANTY ON THE STRUCTURAL FRAME

IGOGOMI warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

Any commercial and/or industrial use of IGOGOMI products including but not limited to commercial gyms, shared facilities (apartments, condos, and residential associations) and similar environments will automatically VOID the warranty.

Any warranty claim MUST include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase from an authorized distributor/reseller. The product must be purchased in brand new condition and not be used or refurbished in any way shape or form. Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@igogomi.com for any warranty inquiries.

IGOGOMI recommends that the item is tested with caution after fully assembled to make sure that it is structurally fit and that all parts are in working order We recommend testing the assembled product with caution in order to make sure it is in full working order prior to full use of the product. If any item is missing, damaged or not working please contact our support team to get any issues fixed prior to usage of the product.

IGOGOMI is not responsible for any damage or product failure due to improper assembly, misuse or the failure to properly assemble the product.

Proper care and maintenance for all products is standard, like any other product to ensure proper functionality and a long lasting product.

IGOGOMI warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner/purchaser of the product for standard household use.

This warranty is non-transferable between purchasers and owners of the product.

EXCLUSIONS - NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

This warranty will not cover any damages that might be caused by the product. (In some instances States do not allow for such limitations, so this may not apply to all owners).

Any and all Warranty Claims must include the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact IGOGOMI Customer Support Team at support@igogomi.com. IGOGOMI may, at its discretion, provide new or equivalent-to-new refurbished parts in good working condition, or repair or replace the products returned to IGOGOMI. If product is no longer available or discontinued IGOGOMI may, at its discretion, replace with a similar item. Any replacement unit whether new or refurbished will have a continued warranty from the original date of purchase only. IGOGOMI has the full rights to inspect any IGOGOMI products reported as defective prior to repair or replacement. Any repair or replacement EXCLUDES shipping, labor, assembly or re-assembly and any other consequential or special costs or damages associated with return, replacement and assembly of your product.

 

The following are not covered under the limited warranty:

◼︎ Damage or defect resulting from failure to follow instructions manual

◼︎ Normal wear & tear on items/parts such as, but not limited to, pulleys, brake pads, cords, footings, rubber grips, seats, scratched parts, broken covers, paint & finish, and any & all other cosmetic damages

◼︎ Wear items/parts pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear & tear resulting from normal usage

◼︎ Improper storage, assembly, altering/modifying equipment in anyway, misused, abused, is subject to accident, or is improperly maintained

◼︎ Repair for any noises such as, but not limited to: squeaks, clunks, thumps, or grinding resulting from poor or lack of preventive maintenance

IGOGOMI reserves the rights to modify the warranty at any time, it being understood that any such modifications will not supersede warranty conditions that are applicable at the time of the original sale of products in question.
