IGOGOMI Warranty Policy
At IGOGOMI, we stand behind the quality and performance of our electric bikes. This Limited Warranty applies to all IGOGOMI electric bicycles purchased through authorized channels and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1. Warranty Coverage
IGOGOMI warrants the original purchaser that the following components will be free from defects in material and workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

The warranty period begins on the original date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
2. Battery Warranty
IGOGOMI batteries are covered under warranty against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
The battery warranty does not cover:
- Normal capacity degradation over time
- Damage caused by improper charging or storage
- Water damage
- Physical damage or impact damage
- Use of non-original chargers or accessories
- Improper maintenance or unauthorized modification
For optimal battery performance:
- Charge the battery regularly
- Avoid storing the battery fully discharged
- Store in a cool and dry environment
- Use only official IGOGOMI chargers
3. What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint fading)
- Tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, pedals, seats, and other consumable parts
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper assembly
- Damage caused by stunt riding, racing, jumping, or commercial use
- Water damage caused by improper use or flooding
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Improper maintenance
- Damage caused by using incompatible parts or accessories
- Labor charges for third-party repairs
4. Shipping Damage
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your product arrives damaged during shipping:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product.
- Contact support@igogomi.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days may affect claim eligibility.
5. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please email support@igogomi.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Full name
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Description of the problem
- Serial number of the bike
Our support team will review your claim and may:
- Provide troubleshooting assistance
- Send replacement parts
- Request additional photos or videos
- Recommend service through an authorized repair partner
IGOGOMI reserves the right to determine whether a component is covered under warranty.
6. Replacement Parts
Replacement parts provided under warranty may be new or refurbished components of equal functionality.
IGOGOMI may substitute compatible parts if the original component is unavailable.
Warranty replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.
7. Open Box Warranty Policy
Open Box products are sold at a discounted price and may show minor signs of use, testing, or repackaging.
Open Box products include limited warranty coverage for the bike’s main components.
Battery is not covered under warranty for Open Box products.
Warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, normal use, accidental damage, water damage, improper charging, improper storage, misuse, modification, or use of non-original accessories.
8. Limitation of Liability
IGOGOMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of use
- Loss of time
- Transportation expenses
- Personal inconvenience
- Commercial losses
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Disclaimer
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
IGOGOMI reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
