Buy Online, Pick Up In-warehouse

Buy a igogomi online today and pick it up at a nearby igogomi LA or NY warehouse,within 5 business days. We aim to dispatch all Buy Online,Pick Up In-warehouse orders within 2 business days. Our own store staff and participating retailers are here to help get you rolling, answer questions about your new purchase.



Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order arrives to the selected store, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The store will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the store directly.

Please note that Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store bikes can only be picked up at the collection at the store you select during checkout.



When will my order ship out?

Our team processes and ships your order within 3 business days. For orders placed using our Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store option, your order will be ready for pickup within 2 business days.

How do I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.


What if I will not be home to receive my order?

Once you receive the email with tracking number, you can use FedEx delivery manager to divert your order delivery to a nearby FedEx pickup location. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.


I Just placed my order, can I cancel it?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You will need to refuse the delivery, once your order is returned to us, only then can we process a refund.


Shipping costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders that exceed $30.

For orders that fall below the $30 threshold, a flat fee of $10 will be applied to cover the cost of shipping.



We pride ourselves on providing the best overall customer experience from the time you place your order to the moment you receive your new IGOGOMI eBike. Our priority is to ship your new eBike as quickly and as safely as possible. That’s why we’ve developed our own heavy-duty custom bike boxes to ensure nothing can be damaged en route and why we use only the most reliable shipping partners in the business. We recommend you keep the box for future transport or in case you need to return the bike (Note: we do not accept returns after 30 days).
