IGOGOMI Return & Refund Policy

At IGOGOMI, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Orders may be canceled free of charge before the product has shipped.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact support@igogomi.com as soon as possible.

After Shipment

If the order has already shipped, the customer will be responsible for any applicable shipping and return shipping costs.

Refusing delivery without prior authorization from IGOGOMI may result in additional return handling fees.


2. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in like-new condition
  • The bike must have low mileage and show no signs of abuse or damage
  • The product must include all original accessories, charger, manuals, and packaging
  • The item must not have been modified in any way
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Products with excessive wear or mileage
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Accessories, apparel, and consumable items
  • Products damaged due to improper use or accidents
  • Clearance or final sale items

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility

For non-defective returns or customer preference returns:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • A restocking fee may apply

IGOGOMI Responsibility

If the return is caused by:

  • Shipping damage
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Manufacturing defect

IGOGOMI will provide appropriate return assistance or replacement solutions.

5. Shipping Damage & Defective Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Take clear photos and videos of the product and packaging
  2. Contact support@igogomi.com within 7 days of delivery
  3. Keep all original packaging materials

Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days may affect claim eligibility.

IGOGOMI reserves the right to request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.


6. Return Process

To request a return, please email support@igogomi.com with:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Photos or videos of the product
  • Reason for return

Do not return products without authorization from IGOGOMI.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


7. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, IGOGOMI will notify you regarding refund approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable) will be deducted

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days after inspection.


8. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, IGOGOMI may offer:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product exchange
  • Repair assistance
  • Partial refund solutions

Exchange requests are subject to inventory availability.


9. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without prior authorization:

  • Return shipping fees
  • Original shipping charges
  • Restocking fees

may be deducted from the refund amount.


10. Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact IGOGOMI support before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks related to valid deliveries may delay refund resolution and warranty support.

Custom Color Disclaimer

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting conditions, camera settings, printing/coating processes, and material surfaces, the final custom color may vary slightly from the reference image or digital preview.

Custom color orders are made to individual specifications. Minor color differences are considered normal and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
